Around Diu

Today started with some not so good sleep I guess maybe because of the chlorine water in my eye but feels much better this morning then last night. Had nice fruit with yogurt in breakfast and trying to skip some fatty paratha kind of breakfast while traveling :-) , so todays plan was to go visit the Diu Fort and St.paul church, we made a round around the island with car which was fun passing nice area with small village and some very beautiful/impressive temples with so many different colors. Diu fort is quite amazing, it was built around 16th century and the walls still look quite strong and am sure it can go for years. After a nice walk around fort I took sue to the church which was another beautiful building and very old, we were just talking about how they use to make some really very strong buildings in past, even the church building looked very big and strong. We sat there for a while and later drove back to hotel and started some walk around the beach. As was feeling really hot and we were walking by the beach do I planned to go in and enjoy the water, and it was so nice to swim. I love swimming and wanted to go a bit further in sea but didn't wanted guard guys to vessel because of me :p, while I was still in sea some guys started talking with sue while she was just sitting and relaxing, after a bit I thought maybe I should go and check out if all is well, guess they were just interested to know about her, where was she from, how old she was and stuff, and as I am her bodyguard so I try to keep watch out, I came to her and soon after guys said bye and left haha, funny Indians are like this interested to know about you and age specially guess we love asking how old are you and if you are married or single haha. Later I did some more swimming and started walking back to hotel for some shower and late lunch which was dal makhani with some chapati and pine apple juice. Now just laid down on hammock and having a chai :-) this place is interesting but at the moment I am very interested in what is going to happen with the cricket match tomorrow India vs Australia.. Going to be good one I guess. Lets see. We might go for some nice sunset today :-)


wow found really a beautiful sunset point with a beautiful little beach as well. Something's are so hidden, glad to find it out as it was most beautiful part of the day. Drive around at evening time is beautiful in this place. Now back at hotel and planing on heading north again towards Bhavnagar tomorrow :-) let's see how I want to do with cricket , thinking about leaving early so can make it there by the time they Start cricket match :-) who knows what will happen , we will see ;-)
