Turning My Passion for Travel Into a Way of Life

Hello and welcome! My name is Tarun Sharma, and travel has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as helping travelers explore India has today grown into creating custom private tours across India and Europe — and I truly feel lucky to call this my work.

I was born and brought up in New Delhi, India, and I began working in tourism in 2008 with my father, Shri Chaman Lal Sharma, through our company Adventure Holiday Tours. My father continues to manage our Delhi office, taking care of all India-based tours and operations, ensuring guests experience the real India in a safe and comfortable way.


A New Chapter in Slovenia

In 2018, life brought me to Slovenia — I moved here for love, as my wife is Slovenian. Living in this beautiful country inspired me to expand our travel services beyond India and start offering private tours and day trips in Europe.

To help grow our Slovenia-based travel experiences, my brother Varun joined me. He is equally passionate about travel, and having him as part of the team has made this journey even more special. Together, we design tours that are flexible, personal, and completely customized for each traveler.

So the journey started on 27th Sept, when I picked up Alan and Janice. A wonderful couple with a great open mind towards Indian culture/tradition and so easy to travel with. They even asked if my girlfriend could join us for our  south India tour  :-)  ( Of course she joined us for the trip ;-) Alan is 81 and Janice is 76, This is their second trip to India after the first one last year, where I did the  Golden Triangle Tour  with some  Himalaya Tour  with them.
