Slovenia is a very small country with a lot of nature to explore but there are some gems of the country that you do not want to miss when in Slovenia.

I have been showing tourists around Slovenia for a while and here i am sharing the 5 best places that nobody should miss when coming to travel in Slovenia.

1. Bled Lake
Bled lake is one of the most beautiful lake of Slovenia with it's only Island in the country.

2. Postojna cave
There are many caves around the world but a cave with a toy train? Yes a toy train exist in Slovenia. If traveling with kids this is quite fasinating specially with a chance to see the human wish inside the cave.

3. Ε kocjan cave 
One of the UNESCO site of Slovenia and words cannot explain enough. You must come and see this great grand cave of Slovenia to understand the speciallity.

4. Jezersko Lake
There are many lakes around the country but the Jezersko lake is one of the quitest lake in the country as well as known for the spring water that you can get near the lake which keeps people healthy and fresh.

5. Logar Valley
There are many valleys around Slovenia but the Logar valley is one of the best valleys with great views in Slovenia. If you wish to go deep in the nature without many tourists , this is the place for you.
