Yoga practices are great simple way to keep ourself fit and healthy in all levels, body, mind and soul. When I moved to Ljubljana Slovenia I started teaching yoga in some studios. I enjoy sharing these practices with people and to help them go through any body related issue they have. I always loved working with people as a guide in India and Slovenia.
